In the tables, you'll see scores from the two most respected global rankings — QS and THE. QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) places greater weight on employer reputation and academic reputation, while also factoring in student‑to‑staff ratio, the share of international faculty, and citation impact. THE (Times Higher Education) emphasises research citations, research funding, and international collaboration. Both rankings give a general indication of a university's standing, but they can evaluate the same institution quite differently — which is why it's worth looking at both side by side.
