How Do We Work?
We walk the whole journey with you, from «maybe I should give it a try?» to moving into a hall of residence thousands of kilometres from home. The whole process is broken down into clear stages. You always know what's happening now, what comes next week, and why we're collecting any particular document.
Consultation and goal analysis
We find out what you really want: a one-year language programme, or a full Bachelor's degree? Staying on after graduation, or returning to Bishkek with a diploma? Is the budget fixed, or is there room to manoeuvre? People often say «I want to go to the USA», and an hour into the conversation realise that Germany or Turkey suits them better. We ask the awkward questions up front, so you don't pay for mistakes later.
Selecting programmes and institutions
Once we have your answers, we turn to our database of universities and programmes — where our students from Kyrgyzstan actually get in, where our school certificates are viewed favourably, where they don't ask the impossible. We show you 3–5 options in a table: country, city, subject, cost, application deadlines, scholarship chances.
Preparing and submitting documents
The most tedious part, but a crucial one. One university wants a notarised translation of your school certificate, another just a scan. One asks for a three-paragraph statement of purpose, another for a two-page essay. We give you checklists and review every document, because a slip in your date of birth in the margins can cost you a place. But when you hit «submit» and everything goes off correctly, that's a satisfying feeling — we promise.
Obtaining the visa and preparing to move
You have your offer. Next comes the visa. We assemble the package for the specific embassy, because requirements vary: in one place a three-month bank statement does the job, in another you need a full year's worth. We prepare you for the interview, running a practice session in which the visa officer asks the most awkward questions. And alongside that we explain how to buy tickets from Bishkek more cheaply, what luggage won't be opened, and whether you need international medical insurance.
Settling in and support abroad
You've arrived. An unfamiliar airport, an unfamiliar language, and no idea where to go. Our team will tell you where to change money at a good rate, how to reach your halls, and what to do if your suitcase goes missing. We don't vanish once you've paid. If a problem comes up three months later — your card stops working, you're thrown out of halls, you've landed a tyrant of a teacher — you know who to message.
