Admission Assistance

How we work and why it saves your nerves
Applying abroad looks simple: fill in the forms, write your letters, send them off — and wait for a reply. But in reality, each of those lines turns into a separate task with a dozen nuances. Let’s go through it in order.
What exactly we do
Applications. There are several universities, each with different deadlines and different document format requirements. We prepare a tailored package for every university: we check the deadlines, verify the open application windows, and complete the forms without the omissions and errors that screen out up to 30% of applications.
Personal statements. Not about «why I love your country». We help you build the structure: your real achievements, your specific interest in the programme, your value to the department. No filler, no generic phrases. The text stays yours — we refine the logic and the argumentation.
Recommendation letters. Teachers or employers are happy to sign, but don’t know how to write one or don’t want to. We provide a working template, you pass it to your teacher, and they edit and sign it. We meet all the formal requirements: signature, stamp, and the referee’s contact details.
The difficulties and pitfalls of applying on your own
At first glance it all looks simple. But in practice:
-
The application systems (Common App, UCAS, the portals of Chinese universities) are all different. One mismatch in the spelling of a name or a missed field — and the application goes into the bin without any notification.
-
Deadlines. Universities in one country may close admissions in October, while another country’s close in March. Miss one window — wait a year.
-
The personal statement under review. The automatic filter first searches for the programme’s keywords. Write it too figuratively — you don’t pass. A real person reads it within 30 seconds — if it’s boring, goodbye.
-
Recommendations. Many teachers don’t speak English or whatever language the letter is required in. Do you need a notarised translation? Should the referee’s email be from the school/company domain rather than gmail? Few people tell you about this.
Why an expert’s help is valuable
Not because we are «on first-name terms with the rectors». Our value lies elsewhere: we know how admissions committee systems work from the inside, right down to the rules. We don’t squeeze the client into a template — we build a strategy around their profile.
We see the mistakes you wouldn’t notice even if you read the instructions ten times over. We save your time: instead of three months spent deciphering requirements and corresponding with universities — three weeks of clean preparation and a calm submission.
And most importantly: you get not «help with translation», but full guidance with an understanding of whether your application will be approved or not. The risks are reduced many times over.
If you have any questions or you’re interested in applying to a specific country — get in touch with us. We’ll go through your situation and tell you where everything is realistic and where you’ll have catching up to do. No promises of pie in the sky, just concrete steps.
